This free mini course is for you if you want to get your body moving, release stiffness from too much sitting, and find a greater sense of calm.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

  1. Awaken your body and create more energy with simple standing movements
  2. Release stiffness from too much sitting and experience more freedom in your body
  3. Slow down and find calm through gentle movement and conscious breathing
You don't need to be flexible, fit, or experienced in yoga. This isn't about doing the movements perfectly or pushing your body into specific poses

No performance. No pressure. Just movement, breath, and a few nourishing moments for yourself. 💙

What you’ll get:

🌿 Start with a standing practice that gets your circulation flowing, boosts your energy, and gently awakens your body, 15 min

🌿 Continue with a flowing sequence for the hips and pelvis, perfect for releasing stiffness from too much sitting and creating more freedom of movement, 20 min

🌿 Settle onto the mat with calming movements that help your body release tension and stress, 20 min

🌿 Finish with a simple breathing meditation that brings a sense of balance, calm, and presence, 10 min

The first two videos are perfect in the morning when you want to start your day feeling energized and refreshed, or as a midday reset when both your body and mind need a boost.

This course is designed for women who would like to move more, feel more energized, reduce stress, and discover how even a few minutes of mindful movement and breathing can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.

You can enjoy each video on its own whenever you need an energy boost or a moment of calm, or combine them into a complete practice when you have a little more time and feel ready to go deeper.

You'll have access to the course for 120 days, giving you plenty of time to explore the practices at your own pace and allow them to become a natural part of your daily life.
