3 weeks of exploring the power of the breath..
Week 1:
What is stress? The difference between good versus bad stress. What happen in your body when you are stressed. We are going through methods to changing habits for less stress; bringing the mind back to the present moment is the first step towards de-stressing and stopping the wandering mind from oscillating between anxiety about the future to regret about the past. The breath is a powerful tool to stop this oscillation since the breath ALWAYS is in the present moment. In accordance to the breath we will also use the senses to stop the oscillation this week.
Get to know your breath; WHERE do you feel the breath in your body. You learn to feel the difference between breath that calms you down in contrary to breath that wakes you up and gives energy.


Week 2:
How to find peace of mind when there is chaos. We can use the body's own "switch" to calm down both body and thoughts, and here the breath plays the main role. You will learn a exercise that triggers the body's nervous system to calm down both body and mind. It makes it easier to fall asleep - maybe you'll get your best night's sleep in a long time?
Rest is one of the most underestimated exercise in today's society; you will practice finding the balance between rest and activity more.
Week 3:
What gives you energy? What makes you happier? What do you do and how do you think when you have a lot of energy compared to when you have little energy? Hobbies. Friends. Family. Exercising. Being out in nature. Food. What is your way of charging yourself?
This week is about going deeper into the exercises.What felt new and unfamiliar the first week you now do with ease, and you feel the change the exercises bring in body and mind.


Week 4 / bonuses:
Moving ahead. How can you use what you have gone through these three weeks to create lasting change in your life?

My story
My name is Gunnhild Bjørshol, on a daily basis, I work with complex strength analyzes in a large international engineering company. I am lucky I'm able to work.
Breathing was my life west when I was hit in a pedestrian crossing in 2002. The back of my head shattered the windshield, resulting in a serious head injury. My family never thought I would be able to work again. It was incredible challenging in the beginning, but fortunately, I was already a trainer in stress management, breathing and yoga. With my own knowledge and perseverance, I found back my STRENGTH and was able to return to full-time work, with a SMILE and JOY for life, even though I live with a permanent injury today.
The exercises were and are my lifeline. I have really tested that they work. I want you to find your own happiness, strength and joy too!
